I'm going to be making some shaker doors and drawer fronts. All the examples I've seen the suffix system on are flat open surfaces, nothing with crevices and inside corners. Anything I should be aware of?

At the risk of being annoyingly, overly corrective, I'm guessing you mean SurFix. Only one letter off but it stumped me. Sorry I'm of no help otherwise.

Hi. Using a surfix on anything other than flat panels is a right royal  PITA which is why all the videos show it being used on worktops and why I sold mine and went back to using  Osmo oils with a foam roller and or brush.

Thanks, that's the info I was looking for.

I disagree that SurFix is a PITA, I think on Shaker doors it would work great, mostly flat surfaces. I would agree that on complicated moldings it may not be the best applicator, but it would still be do-able using the edge of the pad.
Peter Parfitt did a great U-tube video of the SurFix.
