Didn't know this existed -- thanks. The one thing the brochure does not note, however, is buffing out the wax finish (either with lambswool pad or one of the synthetic pads). They seem to suggest that the felt pad works for both application of the wax and dialing up the shine, which is not the case. From the last page of the brochure:
"--After the recommended drying time polish using the ROTEX or ETS and the white special non-woven cloth [White Vlies] or alternatively with the polishing felt
--Move the machine evenly over the workpiece until the desired shine is achieved"

I use ROTEX (gear) mode.
However it may not matter. Although ROTEX mode is recommended when using a ROTEX, there are FESTOOL videos using an ETS150/3. The following brochure provides a guide to oiling and waxing using either sander.
