I'd like to buy a couple of lid inserts and box inserts(without the boxes) from the Classic SYS 1 Box but can't seem to locate part #'s. I found the lid insert on the MySystainer site but not the box insert alone. I have boxes left over from customizing a couple of the SYS1 Box units and really don't need any more.

I did find a part # 447337 "Liner  SYS  BOX-EL" on ekat but no diagram so I'm not sure what that is. Sounds right....

TIA for any help,

Bill

447337 is certainly the black moulded Sys1 tray for the little boxes.

My suggestion is to call any of the dealers listed on the Fog.  They will be more than happy to help, most of them even on a Saturday.

Tom Bellemare at tool-home,Bob Marino, amd Sean at toolnut come to mind.

I am not trying to divert you from going the Festool route on parts for the systainers - I am just trying to offer information.

Tanos make she systainers for Festool and parts and inserts for the Festool line is available thru dealers  and also Festool themselves if they are deemed to be a replacement or service part.

Tanos offers a wide line of "stuff" that is not Festool that will integrate into the Festool badged Systainers that span the application matrix from medial and Ems, to painters, to computer servicing to everything in between.

My advice would to look at both and see what best meets your intended usage.  The links given in prior posts will help you along the way.

Since this was asked in the 'Ask Festool' section, let me offer an answer. You can contact our service department M-F, 8a-5p ET and they can assist with identifying part numbers and can also accept your order for things like these spare parts.

Thanks, Shane. I managed to find all the parts including the SYS 1 Classic on the My Systainer site and placed the order.

Cost just about the same as buying the Sys 1 Box set but at least I won't have a bunch of leftover boxes taking up shelf space. And I can always find something to put in it.

Thanks to all who offerred help, great group here!

Best,
Bill
