The hinge on my blow-molded Trend T4 router case was breaking, so with some judicious carving with a razor knife, I got the tray to fit in a Sys 3.  It had to be in 2 pieces as the original was too wide, but I managed to make the edge guide fit in close to the original position.

They are fairly popular at the woodworking store I work part time at.

I love my T4. Mine gets use for inlays and trimming laminate when making my own tops.

I too like the T4.  It is smooth and easy to operate.  Picked it up when I could not justify the cost of a Micro Fence plunge base for my Bosch Colt.

I have since added an OF 1010, and might have passed on the T4 had I got the OF 1010 earlier.

Also, the DeWalt compact router kit was not yet available when I picked up the T4, or that would have been a serious contender vs. the T4.

It seems you can never have too many routers.

Well i hated my T4 (the router, not the car  [smile])  The plunge lock was terrible & the spindle lock was worse.  Went off for repair twice & no better.  Put it off for a third time & they lost it  [huh]  All good though, i got my money back instead  ;D

Nice work on the tray.
