Sys3 for DELTEX DX 93 - Any ideas?

A few months ago I found and purchased a DX93 sander on eBay.  I was making a door with 4" wide paneling, and the Deltex was the only thing that would get in and sand these panels well.

I really like this sander, but it is my only tool in an old Sys2 box.  Does anyone know how I would approach upgrading this box to a Sys3?

So is the one you have a Classic with the four latches? 

Most direct transfer is to track down a T-Loc Sys - II. Otherwise a Gen3 Sys M187. It might fit into a M137 but that would be experimental and might require ditching the insert. You should be able to trim / cut the insert to fit into either the T-Loc II or the M187.

Got a picture of the tool in the Sys.?

A picture with the tool and insert would be helpful.  If going to a Systainer3, then you might have to fashion an insert, depends on what accessories and consumables you want to include for how complicated the insert would be.  You could make a insert using wood, like 3mm plywood.  Or use Kaizen foam and cut it out and shape it.

Here's one in a T-Loc...call Festool service and you'll probably be able to order the insert, 700871 and that could be modified to fit the new SYS3.

While you're at it, you may want to also order the upper cardboard insert for the cover as well. They should be in stock to fit a T-Loc.
