Tanos in the US...

I've been looking at two things specifically on the systainer site. The Sys with the file insert. Was going to call and ask a question about it. Have to look at the item again to remember the question though. What I really want is the Sys dolly. $190 bucks is steep. I am psyching myself up for the expenditure. Will the Sys dolly handle 31" in height. I have a specific stack I use, a Sys 1, Sys 4, Sort 4 and Sys 2. Weight is probably under 80lbs. Will the dolly last? Looks really cool, but is it built well? The wide wheel spread looks stable, but the wheels look narrow. Any response is appreciated.
Thanks Markus

General question about the systainer.  Does anyone think sometimes it's to hard to open your systainer?  Man, I've bent so many finger nails back trying to open them up while im pushling on the latch.  It seams like everytime I bend my finger nail back and then by the time it heals, I do it again.  Anyone else ever have this problem?

Apparently you aren't alone in this problem, ckeck out this thread on the other Festool fourm, Systainer latches too tight? Seth shows an easy way to solve this problem.

I certainly had. But as a solution I simply opened it up a good 50 times after each other to make it ware a bit. Had no probs after that.

I took Brices advice.  I used a cabinet scraper and took off a very small portion.  They are very easy to open but strong enough to keep them in place and perform it's function.  I would recommend taking off a little bit at a time and then testing it because you really only need to take a little off each side of each clip.
