Tapatalk now a free app on IOS (Apple)

Received an email that Tapatalk is now available for free for Apple devices. They are considering using in-app ads to fund the free version. Just a heads up in case anyone wants to give it a try.

I have really come to enjoy Tapatalk over the years as my way of accessing the FOG. The layout is very basic and it's not like visiting on your computer browser but for me it's excellent on the go and on a smartphone screen!

I wonder if it also includes the HD version, after I purchased it for use on ipad...

They do still have a paid version, don't know the differences right off hand.

I paid for it a couple of years ago and now I am back to being a free customer. Thanks tapatalk

What seems to have happened is that Tapatalk 1 became Tapatalk 2 & is free. It will probably have ads (so I read). Tapatalk 2 just became Tapatalk Pro and may also have something to do with what it will become when iOS 7 drops. I purchased both versions as I didn't really like tapatalk 1 once 2 came out...it just utilized the full iPhone 5 screen size much better!

Also, the HD version is still paid as most HD versions are separate from their universal or iPhone only counterparts. I don't work for Quoord but have really enjoyed using this app for a few years!
