Yes - the chucks will allow you to use 1/4 hex bits in them. The exception is the Centrotec chuck, which uses Centrotec bits. In addition, the right angle and main drill allow 1/4 bits to be inserted in the arbor without a chuck.
Do the following chucks accept regular round shank drill bits (US style?):
FastFix (quick connect) straight adjustable, right angle, and eccentric chucks?
The centrotec chuck is something altogether different than those above?

DD as it right - the Fast-Fix takes anybit up to 13 mm. Also the right angle and eccentric chuck accept 1/4" hex style bits. The Centrotec chuck accepts Festool's Centrotec bits, or any 1/4 hex bit if you use the Centroec adapter.
Bob, does festool have plans for coming out with a TDK drill with the brushless motor? All these close outs on the TDK must mean something. What say you?
I found a preview page of the protool li-ion drills that look similar to the festool tdk. The line-up includes an impactdriver, drill-driver and an impact-wrench (from the looks off it). The demonstration video shows the centrotec chuck and the angle chuck (not the eccentric one) The machines have a retractable belt-clip, but don't have a led light. link
edit/I just quickly browsed the pdf file, they have brushless motors, and come in a special systainer, with an extra smaller transparant lid in the systainer lid, for drill bit storage.
