We hear a lot about Festool USA's superb customer service, but not so much about her little sister up north.

I had reason to send in my TS55 to Festool Canada just before Christmas, and it came back repaired and cleaned within a couple of days.

So thanks to Dan in Ontario for taking such good care of the repair, and providing such fast service.
