Just a mention to those that placed their orders with me in the last week or so to beat that price increase - a big "Thank you."

Yep, some items are on back order - most coming in this week, a few a little longer than that, so I also appreciate your patience. I will also make mention that a good deal of thought and time goes into placing my orders with Festool (not to say that there is never a glitch or two) but my pockets are not deep enough to keep an unlimited amount of everything on hand. It's very difficult to correctly anticipate the "get it before the price increase" demand on every one of the 1000 or so skews.

Guys and ladies,  enjoy those tools and accessories and thanks again.

Thanks to Bob for taking the time to answer all of us beginners questions. My order looked a lot different from what I "thought" I needed to what I ordered and he even saved me money by changing out a tool here and there to one that would better suit my needs. Received my first order today and I don't know what his margins are but most of the profit must go to packaging. I was worried after reading about destroyed MFT tables and such but everything was bubbled or double boxed to ensure it's safety.

Can't wait to get my next couple orders now!

Thank you very much for your order and your kind words. I forwarded this to my warehouse. Yes we still sometimes get some damage - and are working hard to get a go around for that, but all in all, extra money spent on better packaging is money well spent.

Thanks for the prompt shipping.  Question for you. I've driven down I-71 from Columbus to cincy and noticed a big facility with "Festo" on the side of the building. Is that where your items ship from?

I live in Cincy and the building has robots that build robots!  Eeeks!!  (Queue the Terminator music...)

His warehouse isn't too far from that but isn't accessible to the public. I have asked Bob if "I can just pick it up". ;^)

Cheers. Bryan.

I'm curious as to what that building is, but to answer your question, nah, that's  not my fulfillment company. Anyhow, I'm small fish in that Hugo Boss, Nike, Avon, Garret Wade, Puma pond that also swim there.

That building is for Festo mechanical and pneumatic components.  My understanding is these components are used for automated manufacturing.  Not exactly sure what Festo does at this location though.

The "Bob Marino Building" is due west of I-75 in an industrial park.

Yes Bob, thank you very much for your timely shipping. You have the greatest supply of sandpaper out of anyone I order from. And by far the easiest website to choose from. First time ordering from you and certainly will not be the last. Keep up the good work! [emoji1360][emoji1360]

I did place orders with you and I didn't know about the price increase hehe.  I received it last week did I end up paying the increase?  It seemed like it was the normal price but it's been a while and it was for items I had not purchased before.
