The new RO 90 DX multi-mode sander --- What are your questions?

We pay €472,43 over here in the Netherlands, at the current exchange rate that equates to $626.44  [sad]
So much for being a neighbour country....  [mad]
BTW it's the exact same price as the RO125, so I suppose in a weird way it makes some sense.

You NA guys may be put off with all these NAINA items in the catalog, but you do have a definite edge re. pricing... (AND the cool "Festabila" levels)

Regards,

Job

Like I said previously, I would expect Canadian pricing to be announced in the coming days.

Any update on the Canadian pricing??

Saw Tom Silva using one on the last episode of This Old House.  What makes him so special to always get festools early? lol

I've been off work, at home with my family all this week and will be next week. So I'm a little out of the loop. I'd check with your preferred dealer to see if they've received pricing yet.

I think Tom's getting the pre-releases from Rick Bush's stash.  I believe Bob Marino also supplies him.  Am I correct, Bob?

Mississauga Hardware is showing it at $453.75, availability in March, but that doesn't fit with the very exact premium Canadians pay on every single Festool I compared when making my earlier prediction.

I can confirm that as being the correct Canadian pricing for the RO 90. And, yes, it should launch March 1st, just like in the U.S.

I'm interested on the package ro90+abrasive systainer (filled). [smile] [smile] [smile] [smile]

You are the best,  many thanks for all you do and the information you forward to us.

I will contact Woodcraft in Towson and reserve one when the RO 90 arrives

Many thanks

John

Welp, I have to report that there will not be an abrasive assortment offered with the launch of the RO 90. It's not that we don't want to do it, it's just not something that we can make happen in time for the launch.  [crying]

There are some dealers who are willing to bust abrasives into smaller quantities. I would encourage you to work with them if you want to create your own customized assortment.

Sorry, guys.

Shane,

Would Festool be able to authorize dealers to make it up themselves with a set price by sending out memos before the RO90's release date?
