The new RO 90 DX multi-mode sander --- What are your questions?

Can festool not make a lower Guard? For application where you can have low sides so the guard wont work! I have done it a few times hit the side and it bounces me all over the place cus the guard just went over the top of the edge.

Guys, I would highly recommend that you preorder if you're really wanting one of these. I expect demand to be quite high.

Brice (and anyone else interested), we had a bunch of meetings this week. I hope to have time tomorrow to shot that video with the protector set. Sorry for the delay getting to that.

The protectors are cool guys.  Small, medium, and large.  They allow you to decide how far away from a vertical surface the sanding stops.  Now they just need to make some of these for the Rotexes!

Nope, it is a few days too early for Christmas. Apparently a few RO orders were processed (because we got delivery) by my warehouse and promptly caught in time to be canceled, but not before some UPS labels were generated. Wheh, sorry for the confusion.

Well if dealers can not ship until 3/1 they will not ship the Rotex 90 until tues the first. It takes 4 to 5 day to ship UPS to me. So that put the Rotex 90 on my door step next Monday or Tues.

The RO90 round and delta backing pads fit, also, you're looking at 50 sheets each of the round and delta abrasives.  You could fit more of the finer abrasives in each slot.
