I'm taking advantage of this to try a sort of moderated wiki on the Notes on the MFS thread. As I receive comments or questions, I'll update the original note at the beginning of the thread if my response will improve the initial post.
I'd like opinions about how this is working. Please post comments about how I'm handling that thread here, rather than on the Notes on the MFS thread.
