So I’ve seen a few ideas for building a cross cut sled for the TKS 80 and thought I’d share my attempt at one, it’s based on the Matchfit Microjig design and utilises the sliding table. It has removable zero clearance inserts for different blade angles and I’ve got it dialled in square enough for all of my work. Might help anyone out who like me was missing having one.

Wow, this a very clever setup!
Thanks for sharing this!
How do you fix the plywood base to the 3 beech wood sticks? With glue?
Can you share more info, please?
Does this work and can you make perfect 90º cuts?

And does it always cut dead on 90 degrees, even if you have to remove it and placed several times? Or does it have any play?
How did you fix the plywood base to the beech bars?
