The RS 400 is excellent, but I wouldn't buy the related abrasives systainer as it is too inefficient is storing your supplies.  Instead, buy an empty Systainer 2 and build the insert shown in the post by SRSemenza in this thread:

http://festoolownersgroup.com/festool-tool-reviews/ls130-ls-130-eq-review-duplex/

Of all my abrasives systainers, this is by far the most useful.  The LS 130 and RS 400 use the same abrasives.

The list looks like a great start overall. A couple things I would suggest.
- I wouldn't bother with an extra Sys for jigsaw blades. The Sys the jigsaw comes in has plenty of room for lots of blades
- I have and like the FS acc kit. A number of people have mentioned they aren't too impressed with it. I also don't use it much but when I do I'm glad to have it. I think its one of those accessories that can probably wait a bit. Maybe until there's a 10% deal or ebay.
Good luck and have fun shopping. Markus

Seems like a practical list. I wouldn't bother with the RTS400 and get the DTS400 instead. Well, I say "I wouldn't", but I did, so I'm speaking from experience. First got me the RTS and later the DTS, well, the RTS is hardly used now and the DTS gets all the work. The DTS is SOOO much nicer.

Welcome to the FOG, nice to see another Dutch fella.  [smile]

What do you plan to use the tools for? That may make the suggestions more relevant.  Just trying to keep your $$$ going to the right equipment. The Kapex may be overkill (or not).

Holzhacker:  I think the "SYS Tloc uni (extra)  for jigsaw saws" is the accessory and base kit for the Carvex.

Kapex 120 EB                    -- As much as I'd love to own one, my personal opinion is:  get a high quality non-Festool miter saw, and use the
money towards a MFT (package with the TS55)
TS55 EBQ PLUS FS            -- Yes!  Buy it with a MFT package.
PS 400 EBQ PLUS              -- Yes!
CTL 26 E                            -- Yes yes and yes!  Buy it in combo with the jigsaw or a sander.
MFK 700 EQ PLUS              --  OF1010 would be a better choice for all around router.  But if our heart is set on the MFK, it's sweet.
RTS 400 EQ PLUS              -- Go for an ETS or ideally a Rotex sander instead.

acc.

FIS CT 26              Filterbag                          -- Definitely going to need these.  Get at least 5.
D 36 HW RS Plus   dust extraction kit          -- Sure, why not.  But, you might think about getting the cleaning parts separately and getting the
CT Top-Mount Accessory Storage.  Skip the extra Systainer and hose (vac comes with one, right?
SB CT 26 36           pusher                            -- Huh?  Is this the CT handle?
FS sys/2                FS acc. kit                        -- Skip it.  You can buy the clamps and such separately, and the angle guide is not very useful
                                                                                      (because it isn't very good).
FS BAG                  the smallest FS bag        -- A good idea, but not a necessity.
FS 1400/2              just one extra                -- A great idea, and a necessity.  ;-)
SYS Tloc uni (extra)  for jigsaw saws          -- Sure if you think you'll use all those things.  99.99% of my jigsaw use is the stock base, etc.
SP / TS 55/5         splinterguard for ts 55 (green thingies):  Wait to buy these.  They last a long, long time.
FS rsp                    stopblock for TS55 with FS  -- What is this?  Chances are it's the rail stop thing, and I think the TS55 comes with one.
HW s8 D 18,7 r3 routing bit                        -- Edge trimming bit?

Any advice to buy or not to buy   all tips are welcome

Since I consider myself very inexperienced, I'm not going to give you advice on how to spend your hard earned cash. However, some general points to consider when giving/taking advice.

This is a worldwide forum. The OP Doesn't live in the US, not everything is like it is in the US, 2 examples: In EU we don't get the package deals, we get 2 promotions/year, most of the time this is a tool + free acc. The fall promotion just ended. In Belgium, the TS doesn't come with the stop block, I suppose this is the same in NL

I'm just starting a wood working business and i already have a lot bosch prof  stuff. But the quality of it let's me down, so i'm investing in
tools i still need, and some to replace the faulty one's. I'm convinced i really need the kapex, and i have thought about buying the 88 but then I
say, it's still a lot of $ so just 250 more and i got the supreme one..

also the ts 55, ps 400 and ctl 26 e i'm pretty sure about. I'm just wondering about the sander and a good edge router. i own a bosch prof gex 125 ae and it just has
to pay back the cash for some time. So a maybe the DTS 400 EQ and the OFK 500 Q plus.

OK I said I wouldn't give you any advice, but... If I'm not mistaken, the OFK only accepts special Festool bits, wich only exist in a very limited nr of profiles. If you want a Festoor edge router, the MFK 700 is the only way to go in my eyes. I'm thinking about a new router too, and looking in to the different offerings.

In general, I would get the accessories as the need arises.

My list of the 6 essential festools would read TS55, Domino, Rotex, MFT, OF 1400 router, CT dust extractor. I have others but these are the workhorses of the shop.

All the best and Welcome.

+1 on this list. These were my starts up list. Plus the 3000mm guide rail.

due to advice allready downsized to:

Kapex KS 120 EB
TS-55 EBQ plus FS
PS-400 EBQ plus
CTL 26 E
OF 1010 EBQ plus
DTS 400 EQ plus

FIS - CT - 26                       Longlife filterbag
D 36 HW - RS - plus            tradesman cleaningkit  incl. 36mm hose (sawing and routing)
SB - CT 26/36                     CT handle
FS sys/2                              FS acc. kit                   I know, I know, but i can get it new in shop for only 80.39 euro's
FS 1400/2                           just one extra rail so i can make one of 2800mm
SYS T loc 2                         For sandpaper
SP / TS 55/5                       splinterguard for ts 55 (green thingies)
FS rsp                                 stopblock for TS55 with FS

I swopped the MFK 700 EQ plus for the OF 1010 EBQ plus is that a wise decision??????

If you are only going for one router I would suggest you go for the OF1400 to start with. This will take the range of router bits 1/2", 8mm, & 1/4".

I have the OF2200 for REALLY heavy stuff and the OF1010 for really delicate stuff, and the OF1400 is midway and a good starting point.

If you do a lot of hardwood lipping/edgebanding then the MFK 700 is still worth considering.

If you are even considering the LR-32 system, Get the FS 1400/2-LR32 Guide Rails with the holes.
They are only $1.00 more.

If you are swapping out the DTS 400 for the RTS 400 and if you switched the abrasive systainer to the Systainer 2 to build a vertically oriented abrasives holder, then you now need to replace the Systainer 2 with a Systainer 3 as the DTS 400 abrasives are longer (higher) and will not fit vertically in a Systainer 2.  I recently bought the DTS 400 and have a Systainer 3 on order for this purpose but have not been able to test if this will also be an excellent solution.

Not in Europe they're not. In the UK for example, the FS1400/2 is £73.08 (approx. $113.83).

The FS1400/2-LR32 (with the holes) is £89.52 (approx. $139.44), a premium over the standard rail of around 22.5%.

I think that is a wise decision indeed. Or, as somebody suggested the OF1400. A normal router is so much more versatile than an edging router like the MFK700 or the OFK500.

Since you're in the Netherlands and perhaps if you'd like to save some money, then I'd advice you to get all your Festools from marktplaats. I got all mine there for a lot cheaper than in the store. You can find pristine, hardly used tools there for like 60%-70% new price. Festools are indestructable, even used ones will serve you for many years.

Btw, don't forget a planer on your list, like the EHL65 or the HL850. I have a very neat HL850 for sale. (Ok, sorry for that [wink])

Thanks Alex.

I'll stick with the OF 1010 since i already have a Bosch ACE 1400 (not the best, but it(hopefully not for long anymore)still works ok)
Also I've been looking on Marktplaats (Dutch somelike version of EBAY) but i think i'll buy this portion at the hardware store because of the
ease with warranty etc. Also got a really good price and all the acc. are ex. tax and 40% off.. [big grin]

I also want a domino DF 500 Q set, MFT 3, OF 2200 EB set, domino sys, Precisio CS50 and T12 + 3 Li 2,6 set. I'm thinking about buying this
scatterd (according to cash flow)haha, on marktplaats.nl

I already have a planer i'm happy with --> Bosch GHO 40-82 C    but, maybe green fever hits me, and ill change it for a festool  [tongue]

what is you're opinion about the CTL 26 E... shall i buy the AE version? is only 80 eu more..

I bought a MFK 700 when they were on sale recently.  I have to say that it is a really attractive piece of machinery.  BUT...unless you want to spend hours looking for a trimming bit you need to purchase the overpriced Festool one.

I wish I would have bought the 1010 and the accessories instead.
