The RS 400 is excellent, but I wouldn't buy the related abrasives systainer as it is too inefficient is storing your supplies.  Instead, buy an empty Systainer 2 and build the insert shown in the post by SRSemenza in this thread:

Of all my abrasives systainers, this is by far the most useful.  The LS 130 and RS 400 use the same abrasives.

The list looks like a great start overall. A couple things I would suggest.
- I wouldn't bother with an extra Sys for jigsaw blades. The Sys the jigsaw comes in has plenty of room for lots of blades
- I have and like the FS acc kit. A number of people have mentioned they aren't too impressed with it. I also don't use it much but when I do I'm glad to have it. I think its one of those accessories that can probably wait a bit. Maybe until there's a 10% deal or ebay.

Seems like a practical list. I wouldn't bother with the RTS400 and get the DTS400 instead. Well, I say "I wouldn't", but I did, so I'm speaking from experience. First got me the RTS and later the DTS, well, the RTS is hardly used now and the DTS gets all the work. The DTS is SOOO much nicer.

Since I consider myself very inexperienced, I'm not going to give you advice on how to spend your hard earned cash. However, some general points to consider when giving/taking advice.

This is a worldwide forum. The OP Doesn't live in the US, not everything is like it is in the US, 2 examples: In EU we don't get the package deals, we get 2 promotions/year, most of the time this is a tool + free acc. The fall promotion just ended. In Belgium, the TS doesn't come with the stop block, I suppose this is the same in NL

I'm just starting a wood working business and i already have a lot bosch prof  stuff. But the quality of it let's me down, so i'm investing in
tools i still need, and some to replace the faulty one's. I'm convinced i really need the kapex, and i have thought about buying the 88 but then I
say, it's still a lot of $ so just 250 more and i got the supreme one..

also the ts 55, ps 400 and ctl 26 e i'm pretty sure about. I'm just wondering about the sander and a good edge router. i own a bosch prof gex 125 ae and it just has
to pay back the cash for some time. So a maybe the DTS 400 EQ and the OFK 500 Q plus.

OK I said I wouldn't give you any advice, but... If I'm not mistaken, the OFK only accepts special Festool bits, wich only exist in a very limited nr of profiles. If you want a Festoor edge router, the MFK 700 is the only way to go in my eyes. I'm thinking about a new router too, and looking in to the different offerings.

If you are only going for one router I would suggest you go for the OF1400 to start with. This will take the range of router bits 1/2", 8mm, & 1/4".

I have the OF2200 for REALLY heavy stuff and the OF1010 for really delicate stuff, and the OF1400 is midway and a good starting point.

If you do a lot of hardwood lipping/edgebanding then the MFK 700 is still worth considering.

If you are swapping out the DTS 400 for the RTS 400 and if you switched the abrasive systainer to the Systainer 2 to build a vertically oriented abrasives holder, then you now need to replace the Systainer 2 with a Systainer 3 as the DTS 400 abrasives are longer (higher) and will not fit vertically in a Systainer 2.  I recently bought the DTS 400 and have a Systainer 3 on order for this purpose but have not been able to test if this will also be an excellent solution.

Not in Europe they're not. In the UK for example, the FS1400/2 is £73.08 (approx. $113.83).

The FS1400/2-LR32 (with the holes) is £89.52 (approx. $139.44), a premium over the standard rail of around 22.5%.

You can find pristine, hardly used tools there for like 60%-70% new price. Festools are indestructable, even used ones will serve you for many years.

Btw, don't forget a planer on your list, like the EHL65 or the HL850. I have a very neat HL850 for sale. (Ok, sorry for that [wink])

I'll stick with the OF 1010 since i already have a Bosch ACE 1400 (not the best, but it(hopefully not for long anymore)still works ok)
Also I've been looking on Marktplaats (Dutch somelike version of EBAY) but i think i'll buy this portion at the hardware store because of the
ease with warranty etc. Also got a really good price and all the acc. are ex. tax and 40% off.. [big grin]

I bought a MFK 700 when they were on sale recently.  I have to say that it is a really attractive piece of machinery.  BUT...unless you want to spend hours looking for a trimming bit you need to purchase the overpriced Festool one.

I wish I would have bought the 1010 and the accessories instead.
