Pine louvered door nothing technical square shouldered tenons, through mortices, cut the louvers in with the dado head on the radial arm saw. Just cutting 52 louver slots to pin point accuracy left my head in a spin.

Thanks, there not difficult but Im glad I havent got lots of them to do or my head would fall off. We once had 300 bin shed gates to do all of them had these geometic vent pattern holes in them they were ok to start off with but after your first 20 it was as boring as sin. Luckily I had the lads to do the donkey work back then.

Sometime i like work like that, can switch off a little, soon gets boring

I like glass beading like that as you say its just turn off an go, I must have spent years of my working life just cutting beads we have an old mitre guillotine somewhere that was an amazing bit of kit looked lethal but was so nice to bead your windows without that roaw every 5mins. Im sure the HSE would have kittens if they saw it though. Kind of like our old whitehill blocks which we got rid of on ebay lol
