Track sizes

What is the reasoning for the increments in track sizes. i do a lot of cutting in the 120" range and i have to put 2 tracks together to make the cut. I know there is a 16' track, but i do not want to spend 600.00 for something i only need 126" of. i have the 42", 55" and the 75' track and i have to keep the 75 and 55" together most of the time to so the long cuts and then take apart to make cross cuts in the 48" range. if there was a track in the 130" range it would be perfect.

The 3000 track is perfect for longer rips and sheet goods.

The 3000 is about 118" so a bit too short for the cuts you want to make.

I am curious though, if 3000 is too long to move/transport then how are you going to get around connecting rails in order to get the 120" - 126" cuts?

I am thinking you need an extra 75" or 55" for your cross cuts so that you can keep one set assembles for the long rips?

Sorry my metric is bad. I was thinking it was the 16 foot track.I can transport 10, 11 foot track as i have many pieces in the city that is at 10 foot.
