I am using my TS55 plugged into CT22 on a dedicated 20amp circuit not more that 25 feet from main panel.  After just 3 or 4 rips in 3/4 birch plywood my saw seems to overheat.  Any thoughts?

Is your blade really dull?  Is the saw set up correctly - blade parallelism especially?  Has it always been this way or did this just start happening?  How old is your saw?

All above true, also cutting speed of blade as well as how hard / fast you are pushing the saw.

I would recommend that you call our service department. They can help diagnose any issues with your saw.

Service: 800-554-8741

Thank you,
Shane
