Here is the rail in question.  There is a change that I'd like to see made to it (in a couple of places), that I think would DRAMATICALLY improve it.  The change requires that it be made marginally thicker (or magnetic), such that it can be extruded to have a small indent for magnetic scales (or extruded with brackets that would allow you to slide in scales, such as on the incra fences).  I'd like to see the scales on the flat side that faces up when you use it with the MFT/3, near the edge, such that the flag stop registers over it.  I'd also like to see it on the tall flat side, so you can use it when using the fence as a cross cutting guide with the inserts (router, TS, jigsaw).

Making it so that you can adjust the scale manually would allow you to set the flag stop at a specific measurement (whatever length your setup piece is), set it to the saw blade or router bit, and be locked in.  This would allow for a nice way to index your setup each time, exactly the same way.
