Lot of discussion about setting toe adjustment for ts55. My question is how do you know if its out? Will it be obvious by not cutting clean? I knocked my saw off systainer by tripping on cord a long time ago but it still cuts super clean. What's the easiest way to check correct toe? Or should I not even stress about it.

I say stress about everything you can, that way you'll die sooner. [blink]  All joking aside, if it isn't broken don't fix it!

Generally, if you have trouble with burn marks, poor cut quality, cut speed, etc. it would be something to consider. Like Brice suggests, if you are getting good results, don't mess with it. The saws come set properly out of the box. Dropping the saw would be a reason to check it. But, plunge to full depth and you should be able to slip a piece of paper or a business card at the most between the guide rail's splinterguard and the back of the blade.
