I posted earlier that my TS75 was shipped without the 75" rail.
I had sent two emails to Festool and didn't hear back and sent a PM to Tyler and it was bounced back.
So then a forum moderator suggested that I give the 800 number a call, so I did and the whole phone call took about 4 minutes and they are shipping me out a new track. I have to say that I was very impressed with Festool and how easy it was to get the situation resolved once I contacted the proper person.
