Can turbo dust bag set 489631 be used with ETS EC 150 sanders(assuming one would disable dust collection mode)?
Turbo bags with ETS EC 150 sanders?

The kit can be used, but it will not pickup any dust for the reason stated above.

Disclaimer: These are my observations using a ETS EC 125, however the form factor is almost identical to a ETS EC 150.
The Turbo dust bag 489129, will not fit on a ETS EC 125 because of the 7/16" extension on the dust port. See the photo above.
However, I did conduct some tests and determined that the suction on the ETS EC 125 was almost twice that on the ETS 125. I'd hazard a guess that the ETS EC 150 is similar in performance.
So, if a Turbo bag could be fitted to a ETS EC 125, I'd wager that it will do a much better job than the ETS 125.
