Im sure this has been covered before, but I know how I like to see what others have done.

An insert I made for my buddies ETS 125 and DTS400.  Ill be making the foam padding in the next day or so.

Enjoy,

I do see how it fits in a sys 2, the picture is clear enough. I often throw four of these in a sys 2 and sometimes with a DX93 or RO90. If I push hard enough on the lid it will fit just fine.  [smile]

I could be missing something but I don't see why that set up wouldn't fit in a Sys - II  ???

5" sanding disks / pads. Roughly 6" of space under the lid. Space varies with location but there is about 5" in the bottom of the Sys - II.

Sorry guys, the second two pictures wouldn't enlarge for me last. I was just going off the first which by the angle looked far too wide to fit in a systainer. Now that I'm in WiFi the pictures enlarge and obviously it fits :)

It fits beautifully. I have made custom inserts for all of my sanders and they are very nice to have. beats having two cases imo. I did finish the Kaizan foam insert on Friday, but I forgot to take a photo of it. I can get a picture Monday.

Great idea.  I was thinking about doing the same thing for my festool ehl65 planer, and little 14" porter cable belt sander.
