I recently purchased a pair of these and looks like they are purposely bent to fit tight in the rail but one of mine really needs a lot of force to move.

Thought I could just persuade it a bit to straight it out but they seem to be made of hard plastic and don't want to damage it (maybe heat will help?).

Is it typical for them to be this tight? Will it wear in over time?

Thanks,

Mike

We will send you a replacement UJK Dog Rail Clip pair at no charge.

the Dog Rail Clip body curvature you refer to is a non-conforming product.
TSO and Axminster are aware of this issue occurring on a small number of these and are working on a production improvement. we apologize for this inconvenience

All:
Generally the quickest way to get an authoritative answer to a specific TSO-supplied product question  is to contact TSO directly. by going to info@tsoproducts.com you automatically create a numbered customer service ticket which helps us manage and track customer service issues while a social media post may be overlooked and go unnoticed or fall through the cracks.

Thanks to suggestions from the FOG we adopted ZENdesk C/S software  and it never forgets [smile]
