Looks like the tool comes from France, can't see a problem with that?

If my past experience with Makita is anything to go by, I'd fully expect them to back any tool repair as it's being bought from Amazon UK even though the device is coming from France.

Phoned Makita UK, they will back a repair should anything go wrong with the tool in the first 12 months as it's being bought through Amazon UK.

Sounds expensive to me I bought a couple of body only makitas off eBay a couple of years back for £75 each. I know there's a few different impact models though so maybe mine is a cheaper model. It does the job though
