Uk, poor service from festool dealer

hey thought i should update my earlier post...after posting further up in this thread regarding the return of my cxs from festool, it appears that they certainly do read these boards as when i was at work on the monday i had an answer phone message on my phone, it was a polite chap from festool saying they would like to send me a new systainer and was sincerely sorry for returning the systainer unpackaged! Well i certainly didnt expect that and now have a new t-loc systainer with compliments from festool!.

really glad to see that festool uk are watching . for too long we have seen the great jib shane and festool usa are doing.
