update from T15 battery issue

With regard to my last post:  So today I went to charge the other battery and it too showed a blinking red light on the charger. I now thnk it is a charger issue not a battery issue. (also showed the blinking red with the first battery which obviously was not hot anymore. Thanks for the hopeful replies about Festool customer service!

I'd be surprised if Shane doesn't send you a message letting you know Festool is aware of your problem (maybe has already). Festool USA service is second to none. Here's a story from the talkFestool forum. A user (Chris) had an unusual problem with his TS55 saw. Festool's David McGibbon talked on the phone with Chris. Here's a reply on talkFestool from Chris. 

David did call me and I think he's going to stop by here tomorrow to take a look at it. I haven't seen him since the AWFS show so that'll be nice to see him again. I won't remove the cover, etc. to take a peek until he gets here to look at it.

While house calls shouldn't be expected it's nice to know the people at Festool really do care about the tools and users. You can check out the whole thread over at talkFestool, TS55 blade issue.
