using ethafoam for custom inserts

Decided to move some makita stuff to systainers using 10mm ethafoam sheet and these are the results so far
 
i like the roller board.
what holds on the t lock knob

what is the spicked sds  thing in the last pic.

are those terry clips holding the sds drill bits
 
Nice job. Did you just cut and glue the regular attic dividers?

The roll board was supposed to be a prototype but it took  ages to make , i  can fit either type of systainer to it  totally secure with  no play
The tloc is attached through a piece of ally angle
The spiked 'thing' is an sds wall chaser for cables and pipes
Yes they are terry clips
 
Seeing all these "custom" systainer things, makes me think about doing it when I get my own shop. Since I will be starting from square one with tools and accessories, I wont have to worry about organizing what I already have, I can organize it as it comes :)
