I got the idea for using Kreg Klamps in MFT from Bigerock. Although the Festool Quick Clamps work fine, they don't seem to hold down as firmly (softer jaw pad) than the Kreg Klamps. Plus the KK truly takes just one hand and is auto adjust for different thicknesses. So win-win.
Just cut a length of 5/16" threaded rod, threadlock it into the klamp, and attach with a plastic knob with threaded insert like this...

So that works, but the 5/16" rod has so much slop in the 20 mm hole that unless it's very tight, it can cant and damage the nice clean mft holes. (exaggerated here for photo)

I thought a nice bushing would just make this perfect - and strong! Didn't have anything so I e-mailed Qwas Products and asked Steve if he ever considered making anything for this. He quickly replied that he already had and just didn't have them listed yet (busy). So i ordered a set for $30 and got both a threaded pair and a through hole pair. They are perfect!

You can screw the thread bushing onto the benchklamp assembly and it just stays there, or use the through hole as a slide on adaptor. With the bushing there is no play to the whole thing just a perfect fit! (left loose so you can see it in the photo)

Great product, great functionality! So you won't find them on the site but if you ask nice - he has them in stock.
