Usual response time from Service

I called Service this morning and got a recording asking me to leave a message. What is the usual response time with a callback? I'm not being impatient; just would like to know how long to wait before I make contact again if no response occurs.
 
You should have gotten a call by now. Send me your contact info and I'll see that someone contacts you immediately.

Just to be sure I called the right number - 800-554-8741? I was really just looking to verify that the Extraction Connector for the Extraction Hood on my MFK700 (reconditioned) was supposed to be included. It isn't there and i didn't attempt to use the 700 until last night. Either way I suspect it's a part I can't get along without.

The best number to contact me at is xxxx. I checked and no return calls yet. Sometimes I cannot answer the phone though.

We stopped publishing that number, but it should still be good. We are sending everything through our main number now, which I have in my signature below.

I just got off the phone with Lester right now. Thanks. I pulled the number off the website under Repairs and Returns section. Not sure why I looked there but I did.

Whoops. Guess I missed it in one spot. I've changed it there now. Thanks for the heads up on that.
