vecturo plunge into tile

My ancient RotoZip (original version from ~18 years ago) won't do this but I see the new RotoZips have dust collection capability.

I don't think I have ever came across the Bosch Tile Router here in NA, but I wasn't looking for one either.

Probably because Bosch came out with the GTR 30 only after they stopped marketing/selling the RotoCut/Zip in Europe. I don't know if it was ever introduced to the North American market, as RotoCut/Zip was already an established and known brand. So it's quite possible the GTR 30 was never offered in NA.

Kind regards,
Oliver

I don't really get why you would have to cut around an outline to begin with. Assuming this will be a standard electric box fitting, wouldn't you use a diamond hole saw and cut the whole thing in one go? Cool with a spray bottle but it seems it would work fine.

If you cut an outline, you reduce the risk of the tile cracking, that’s why the score and snap tile cutters work so well.
Cutting holes or shapes in tiles really isn’t a big deal unless they are quartz, cutting quartz tiles requires different methods to clay, ceramic and porcelain.
