I am trying to get some vertical sliding shutters that are on the back of sliding sash windows working for a customer, the type that go into the floor a bit and have a hinged flap covering them. The shutters need new cords but I cant find the pockets to get to the weights, normally they are situated just below the flap. There is panelling behind the shutters but don't really want to start taking this off, anybody got any ideas?
