Nick, nice to see a video on how to put it all back it the box, great job. [thumbs up]  One small point, this is the Tradesmen set, you might want to edit the title of the thread so members will find it when using the search feature sometime in the future.

Whoops I guess I should have looked up the number. I just went by what the label on the side of the systainer said  [embarassed] Thanks for the correction (and also to the mod that fixed the title before I could)

That's awesome!  I have that set.  I often felt like leaving it out at parties with a sign "make it all fit" and see if one of my friends was waay smarter than me... but with my friends, I'd find the parts of the kit all over the house in awkward places.  eh...

You're demonstraion correctly shows that you can't be in a hurry putting that hose back in there.  You'll just get frustrated and give up.

You didn't know where the long nozzle thing went.  It stands upright in the hole to the left or right of where you locate the floor sweep device whicvh goes in the center hole.  At least that's how mine came, and is where I put it.

Nice video. I recently got the tradesman/ installer kit and was able to make it all fit. Watching your video confirmed I did it right because I saw your systainer front edge bows as did mine.
One question I have, is the systainer handle strong enough to lift a CT26 ? Should I break it down to load into the truck or carry up stairs ? Mine was purchased for site work. (I will double post at "Ask Festool")

Yes, the handles can hold a surprising amount of weight.  The old classic handles are little tough on the hands for that but it'll work.

I relocated my cleaning set with 36mm hose, aluminum floor nozzle and turbo brush into a sys 5 and it's much easier now loading it all back in plus it doesn't bulge the systainer.  I have it mounted on top of a CT36 and even though it would be too tall to carry the whole thing around by lifting on the sys 5's handle, I can without any damage or signs of stress.  I also have the handle mounted on the CT, so that's some added weight.  I remove the sys 5 when I'm going up or down stairs, but leave it attached when loading and unloading it from my truck.  It is a little bit of a pain to grab the top and bottom at the same time to lift it in and out.

Awesome Video!  I always try and cram the hose in last on my workshop kit and end up forcing the latches shut while the thing is buldging out real bad.

In that case, I would definitly buy a sys 5..  When i bought the Tradesman cleaning set, it came in a sys 4..
I struggled with the big D36 Anaconda hose al the time.. So i called festool to ask who in the hell came up with
the sys 4 idea.. So they send me a sys 5 T-Loc.. for free!! (the sys that came with the set was a classic sys)..
and the best part.. they let me keep the old one..

my advice.. get a sys 5.. much easier.. and, more space for more cleaning accessories..

I wouldn't count on getting a free Sys5, nor would I buy one for this purpose.  Watch the video, Nick shows you how to get everything back in the Sys 4 easily.

Steve...I used to tote around my CT22 with the sys4 on top and it handled the weight just fine...stopped doing it because it was just too tall to easily carry up and down stairs. Up here in the great white north, EVERYONE has stairs... Granted, I'm not a pro, so I don't have to do that very often.
