My latest job this week two sets of wardrobes in mdf with 10 shaker panel doors made and fitted over last weekend finished yesterday. Jointed all using my new toy a Mafell LNF20 biscuit jointer. Excuse the china knobs not my choice  [laughing] Will try to get more photo's after the painter has finished.

Looks clean dude!

I just did some the other week similar to yours.   I  spray painted mine with just some water down emulsion for undercoat  and sanding it then sprayed it again and then went to fit them and ummm the client loved the finish she said she didn't want to paint it by hand I told her it ain't the finished result she said it's a shame for me to mess it up with my crappy painting. So asked me if I could take the doors back with me and end panel and spray it with a finished coat.  I still have the doors here lol don't know when I will have the time to spray paint them proper    da takes longer than spraying a simple undercoat.

Yep 6mm Mr/mdf panels and 22mm Mr/mdf rails and stiles . For a change I had all the mdf cut up all I had to do was mark it all out and cut 400+ biscuit slots. I had the doors made too for what they cost it wasn't worth me making them like I normally do. All the mdf came edged with prep tape too as an extra but well worth it , the painter will love it no furry edges  [laughing]

Hi can you tell me where in the UK you can buy the "Prep edge" tape for MDF.

I have been using softwood strips glued and clamped on to give me a workable edge with MDF.

It makes it easier to screw into the edges too but if there is an alternative I would love to try it out.

Nice wardrobes.... I have a project like this coming up in the next couple of weeks.
