My website has been hosted by http://www.bludomain.com for approximately three years. Frankly I don't use it much or update it that often - I do more with Houzz and FB. However, I use the email account attached to it daily. On Tuesday of the this week I tried to open my email and couldn't. I then tried to open my website and was directed to a page saying that the domain had expired. I sent an email to Bludomain.com asking for help. They don't have a number to call (a huge red flag now that I know that) and they request a window of 36 hours to address the issue. I waited the 36 hours and no response so I fired off another message pleading for help so I could get my site back up. In the meantime I googled them and found a litany of complaints. They have an F in CO with the BBB and I read a lot of complaints regarding the very situation I'm in. From what I've determined my domain registration expired because they didn't send me an invoice or bill stating it was due. Now I can't get ahold of them so I'm dead in the water. I think I can repurchase the domain through another provider but I don't think that will get my site back up or get me access to my email. Is that correct?
