What Festool Did You buy Today?

I just ordered the HSM-Sys and some bags for the CT-Sys and abrasives for the RO-90.

Does not seem much in comparison, but I am just about to pull the trigger on a CTM-26 E AC.
What is holding me back is, I have not been able to decide which sander to buy with it. [emoji41]
It is down to either ETS EC 150 or Rotex 150.
Man do I have problems. [emoji23]

after much um and aah, I received my Centrotec set 497628 today. Wasn't sure I'd use everything included, but the storage convenience swung it in the end.

I'm just a casual beginner who's decided to slowly upgrade my cheap 20 year old tools with some decent stuff; the RO90 with CTL SYS dust extraction was a revelation compared to my previous £25 Black & Decker sander, as are the drills.

the bug has bitten badly.

The impending slight price increase tomorrow forced my hand (saved $49). Today I ordered:
TS55 track saw
OF1400 router
LR32 hole drilling kit
LR32 rail 1400 mm
vac hose 5m
extra blade for TS55
parallel guides with extensions
a few other small items.

Did not have the budget to buy dust extraction, MFT or Domino. Maybe some other time.

I have a lot of large built-ins to tackle over the next year and did not want to wrestle full sheet goods over the top of the contractor table saw. Looking forward to the Festool system.

Welcome to the forum!  [smile]

That is quite a start!

When you get into the sander line that  will be a good time to get a Festool vac.

Domino XL...Spent $1300 to use $50.00 Rebate.  Somehow it doesn't look nearly as rational in black and white.    [scared]

Great choices. I too pulled the trigger on an OF 1400 Router with the LR32 kit, 20mm bit for making my own MFT permanent bench and bit the bullet on the FS 2424 96" rail so I have one in the shop. Was saving up for a Laser Cutter but found one local to use and perfect timing to buy the tools I want before the price increase. My UPS Brown Santa is going to be busy for a couple weeks.

Added two (5 piece) sets of SYS-AZ drawers too so one of my first projects is to build some shelves to organize my new tools.

Did the same here, I think those new connectors pushed me over the edge

Pulled the trigger on some new tools today!

CMS TS55R Set
CS70AB hose
DWC 18-2500 Basic

Planning on getting the CMS OF-insert later.

Cant wait to get the delivery!  [big grin]

Well, Sunday - before the price increase - TSC 55 REB I have been wanting a plunge  track saw for a while.

I needed a couple of spare bags for the CTL-Sys and stumbled upon a good offer for the HSM-SYS while I was searching.
Also found cheap v93 paper for the RO90 in the same shop.

I am very interested how the stuff out of the HSM will perform. Got a couple of the sponges and really like them thus far...

Domino a month ago, wanted the XL but just couldn't stretch to it and this week before the price increase the OF1400. I need to start producing more results!!!!

I'm weak! [emoji51][emoji41]
I just wanted to collect the missing spare parts for my MFS400 I picked up some weeks ago.
...and before I knew it I was leaving with a CTM26EAC and an ETS EC 150/5 EBQ-plus GQ and some sandpaper..

Girlfriend looked kind of surprised, when I came back with my "spare parts"... ;)

Just before the price increase I ordered the CMS-GE model that is free standing. Can't wait for it to arrive

Today? I bought a 108" rail, the 28t blade for the ts55, and some clamps.
Two days ago, I bought a TS55, with the rail on back order.
Five days ago, I bought a OF1400 and a CT36
A week ago, I bought a the smaller domino.

Tonight I went on Amazon, and ordered some more clamps for the rails, (the quick clamp and the rapid clamp), and the guide stop for the OF1400, (The guy at woodcraft had the thing in his hand and said, no thats not what you need to put the router on the rails, but but, festools video shows that part!!!), oh and some rockler glue brushes. (cause I drive past rockler every day and keep forgetting to stop in to buy that)

Also picked up a Rikon band saw, and a laguna dust collector last week (of course, I need an electrician to look at my garage cause the wiring sucks and I can't hook up the DC.)

Its like christmas in April.

Also awesome forums!

(next stop is a sander, I do like my ridgid ROS, but I have been really digging the dust collection on the FT stuff.)

MFS400 (1000 rails coming soon as they are on back order)
Festool sweatshirt
ZOBO Bits
Self centering bit
Countersink bit

All came from Germany to me in the US.

Matt

Bought a 2 month old DF 500q & CT-mini with Festool domino kit #498899. Long drive to get it but worth it for the price.
