Dogs are just the most precious thing in our house, we couldn't live without them. Golden retrievers are a beautiful breed, congrats!
Cheese said:One of the major annoyances I've had with the 1010 & 1400 routers is that the fasteners they use to attach various accessories are all different style drives.
The 1010 uses Torx, flat blade as well as Phillips head fasteners.
The 1400 uses Torx, Posi-Drive as well as Phillips fasteners. It's always a mess when I bring a router outside to use as I NEVER have the correct style drive. I'm hoping this will change the situation. [big grin]
This PB Swiss stubby will just reside in the router Systainer with the router until it's needed. Sweet...it stores 6 different drives inside the handle and those can be changed out as needed.
Thanks to Ron [member=3192]rvieceli[/member] for mentioning the recent PB Swiss internet sale. [smile]

But putting some dedicated tool in the box is good too. The Toolie isn't the most comfortable formfactor.

Swapping the extractor hose back and forth is no big deal, they are at the tool-end. Changing the plug every time gets old real quick. And it never fails that the wrong one is plugged in.
While shopping for some wire management clips, I came across this, for a whopping $3.
