What size/type screws hold MFT/3 top?

I bought a used MFT/3 whose top had been removed.  I'm installing a new top, but I don't have the original screws that fit the threaded inserts in the top.  I'm sure I can figure out what screws I need, but it would be much simpler if someone could tell me.  Thanks.

Thanks.  Exactly what I needed.  I had tried getting it via the Festool USA website and EKAT, but for some reason (probably either user error or a faulty iPad) I couldn't get it to open the MFT/3 page.
