What's the biggest or most costly mistake you've made?

I'll fail miserably if I try to explain why it wasn't going to work but believe me I ran every possible scenario through my head to try and make it work. It all ended up okay and the customer is pleased so that's what matters.

id say this was quite bad, the were putting in posts to stop people from parking outside the hospital finished the job and packing away but haven't notice the problem they've caused themselves

Yea, that is class.  Quite an old pic but it would have been cool to just stand there & watch them  ;D
