The two Plug It pigtails vary only in the length of the wire leads extending out of the cable jacket. You only need the longer leads for retrofitting older circular saws so try to get the shorter version or you might have to cut off the nicely pre-tinned and formed wire ends.

How about this:

Perhaps not perfect, but I use it with all of my non-Festool tools.  I got it from Lee Valley.   It's called a Three-Way Y-Adapter Currently it's $9.50.

HD has a 2' long, 3-outlet extension of 12 gauge wire with GFI and 15A circuit breaker for about $15.  It's also yellow and black in colors.
