Did you buy your Woodpecker square in the UK?

If so, from where? What size is it?

I have been watching/reading the thread about the limited run Woodpecker are going to be doing of their 600mm/24" square, and from what I've read, it looks like a really good bit of kit......!!!!!!!

I tried to buy about £500  worth of woodpecker stuff in the UK  but the  UK woodpecker Dealer is a total arse hole UK DEALER     So in the end I ended up getting it from Ken Negrod  use to be a member here on FOG till he got banned.  

I have his Email so you can contact him.  He got my woodpecker stuff to me in perfect condition!

Ruthlands  Sells woodpecker stuff but not alot.

I tried to buy the incra positioner from him, complete waste of time... So I guess Jmb it correct  [big grin]

Me: Okay

Fallowing day.

Ring Ring Ring Ring

Me: Hello
Dealer: WHAT!
Me: I am just calling to see if you have the woodpecker stuff I want you said you would call back.
Dealer: What time is it?
Me: I dont know I think its 7.30 - 7.45 (morning)
Dealer: What you call me at this stupid time for. Call back later.
Me:  [eek] [eek] [eek]   (me thinks to my self what an arse hole)

4 hours + later  Get a call back

Me: Hello
Dealer: Hello you shouldn't of rang so early I work through the night and sleep through the day so I can do business with USA time.
Me: Well I didnt know that plus why did you answer the phone then
Dealer: Its my house number thats why you woke me up.
Me: Okay then well have you got the stuff?!
Dealer:  I had a look still need to look through some boxes but so far only have tool  4 5  and I dont think I have tool 7 8.
Me: Okay when will you find out.  
Dealer: Ill give you a call later.

Few hours Later

Ring Ring Ring Ring

Me: Hello
Dealer:  I only have  4 5 I dont have the rest.
Me: Okay well do you have this (9) and this(10) instead?
Dealer:  I will have to have a look.
Me: Well can you tell me what DO you have?!
Dealer: Give me your Email address and I will send you a list.
Me: Okay here you go...............

INSIDE MY BRAIN

Me: Checks my Email to find a long list of woodpecker tools.   I reply to the Email highlighting the tools I want.
Dealer:  Sends me an email back few days later telling me he has NON of the tools I highlighted  
Me: BLOODY heck why the heck did this idiot send me a list of the tools when he bloody doesnt have them!
Dealer: Sends me an updated list he has highlighted items he has got in stock and hasn't!
Me: THANK GOD! why didnt he do this in the first place.  
Me: Goes through the list............ out of all the tools I wanted he only had  2 which where the ones I didnt need just wanted.

This dragged over a week.  I shortened it!  

So in the end I didn't bother!  Because I felt it was poor service so god knows if I had problems with damaged item etc I could have problem! Plus he was really rude and I didnt want to give him my business
