Who needs a CNC........ LoL

How have you done that the all look the same size to [eek] [scared] [big grin] [jawdrop] [jawdrop] [not worthy]

You've screwed templates on the underside of the sheet and used a bearing guided cutter ??

I say he is a robot. That would be much cooler. Maybe he is a robot from the future.  Are looking for Sarah Conner by chance?  Send me a quadrive and I will let you know where she is.

;) ;)

Heeheee I wish I was a robot!

When I was cutting from the other side I thought I should film this because it looks like I am manually cutting out perfect circles.

Here is a picture of how the sheet looks like from the other side.  When I router the circles I leave 5mm because my template I use screws directly to the centre piece which is off cut but if I go right through my template would move.    So I flip the sheet round and using a bearing cutter to finish off.

So here is the most important question… What are all those circles for?

Gymnastic rings

Very cool, I was going to say the material looked pretty flexible...

They are made of 30 mm birch plywood.    Heavy sheet!  Hate handling them!    To be honest hate making the rings full stop
