Will cutting cement board damage the TS saws?

here in Sweden we got a cement board that is called minerit and if we go to rent a tool that shall cut the minerit the give us a Ts 55 and a vacum . I got one my self but im not convinced that its good fore the saw. So i wouldnt do it with my saw but its ok with the rented saw

maybe is not right but we do it all the time and have done for a few years off and on, easy stright lines are hard to beat.

I have cut these boards for years with a TS75 and an AFT65 before that. I used to have a spare standard blade that I used and would get it sharpened when dull.
I used to use a (rubbish) Dewalt dust extractor, now a midi & CT33. Yes dust does escape, even with the taping up of the saw but it is not much. Never had any trouble at all with dust abrasiveness on the saw. rails or hoover. Except the Dewalt which would create dust all by it's self.

My latest 75 has not cut any such boards, only because I have not had any need to of late. The only thing I do is turn the speed down to No4 the same as when I am cutting MDF.
