Will MMC electronics run off a power inverter without damage?

I'm going to preface this with "this may be a stupid question" so keep that in mind!

Ive read that certain tools like the Kapex can be damaged from being run on a generator as its dirty power. My question is whether there will be any adverse affects to the electronics of my saw if it were run off a 12v to 110 power inverter?

I plan to install outlets in the bed of my new truck and a dual battery setup so hopefully I can get someone who knows about these kinds of things to chime in.

there are at least two types of inverters, those who explictly claim they produce a "pure sine wave"
and the "rest". the rest would be the "dirty power" if you had a pure sine wave inverter, (they cost
more money, this is no cheapo unit usually the cleaner the power the higher the cost) they you
could run a computer, anything, its AC, no biggie.
the non pure since wave inverts dont promise anything, they could be a sawtooth, barely a two
haromic square wave, whatever, pulse waves, the power is "rms"

i use Go Power! GP-SW1500-12 1500-Watt Pure Sine Wave Inverter, but you have to size
it for peak load also. dont use 1500 watt and ask why the dust collector not happy.

this is basic, sort of like how an impact wrench is different from a hammer drill

Thanks for the response i was looking at larger pure sine wave inverters for this so its nice to know im on the right track.
