To my knowledge, the only pad that will interchange is the 150 pad onto a ETS EC125.
Curiously though, I have heard that it won't go the other way? You can't put a 125 pad on an ETS EC150, but I don't know why? I don't have one to test it.

Well let me help you out on that program. [big grin]
The 150 pad has 2 additional retention ears and that's the difference. The 150 and the 125 are actually the same sander but they just contain a few different sub-assemblies. There are only 3 parts that are different between the 125/3 and the 150/3...that's it.
Here's a 125 pad and a 150 pad...notice the 2 additional ears.

That make sense. It's like the tool end of the Plug it cables. The 16ga will fit anything, but the 18Ga has that extra bump, keeping it from fitting the higher amp tools.
