It is a bit comfusing.  If you click to enter and give your name and email you are entered.  IF you want additional entries - up to 9, then go further.  You will see the counter in the upper right change.  An image:

Did that 4 times but counter never changes.
Always says 0.

Clear your cache of visited websites.  Click on the link at the top of this thread.  Click on the email button I arrowed.  Then when the list of selections comes up, click on the first one and enter your information.  Then click on another choice.  You should see the number of entries change.
