I have finished up a couple projects using titebond 1 and 3 to glue oak boards to make tables. The glue has dried but the temperature in my shop will be in the low 40s the next few days. Will the glue joits fail at those temperatures?

You should be okay if you glued it up in an area at recommended temperature range and it has cured for 24 hours.
