wooden toy wheel cutters

I have been trying to find a tool to make nice wooden wheels for toys. Google keeps stearing me to AU sites. like this one;

They are all in Australia??? anyone know where I can find this tool in the USA? I know you can buy these wheel pre-mail all over the place. But half the fun is working with the grandkids. They love to make the parts not just assemble pre-made purchased parts.
