I just installed the Woodpecker flip stop on my 52" SawStop Industrial. I looked at a Youtube video on the installation process and read the instructions twice before starting.

The flip stop uses a bunch of bolts that attach the fence rail to the body of the saw. You remove the bolts one-by-one and use them to attach an angle bracket. After you attach an angle bracket, you tighten up the bolt so you never have more than one loose bolt.

It us crucial to not, repeat not, loosen all the bolts at once. If you do, you can really mess up the fence alignment!!!!!

I installed the angle brackets one-by-one and then attached the aluminum
extrusion on which the flip stops ride.

My kit has two extrusions that meet midway on the saw. I did have to jiggle the extrusions a little to get the two ends to match up exactly.

I'm very pleased with the quality of the Woodpecker unit.

Yes, the Rip Flip is a nice setup. I spanned the two sections with one of the flip stops and tightened it down. That brought the two into alignment on the front so the flip stops glide across like it was one piece.
